I do receive some email from trusted sender, but it fall under my spam/ junk box. I check on their ip address on several black list checker website, so far not much issue and the IP is 99% white list. Usually what issue cause their email fall under my spam/ junk box?

Usually this is something that need to be done with the sender. Like the DKIM, SPF, Sender-ID and Domain Keys are all need to be setup properly. You can simply move them back to your inbox with a click on "not spam" if they are really useful to you, this action will also usually add the sender address to whitelist, and will not never put them into junk/spam folder.
