hello... what is your experience with SEMOWEB $3.50 ALPHA PLAN??

i only host 3 GB of website, about 50 GB bandwidth monthly. The problem is, these are my web development consumers, so the hosting must be reliable, and cheap.
Any review on them, is appreciated.
