Posted by AgileMktg, 02-19-2010, 12:52 PM | Because life often kicks you in the teeth, I keep two reseller accounts and separate my clients between them. That way if one service goes down, only half my clients are mad.
About 2 years ago, I signed up with HawkHost and GeekStorage. I have to say this is the happiest I've been in years. Any time there's been a problem with either service, or if I have a question - stupid or otherwise - both places have been quick with reliable help and answers.
If you put a gun to my head, I still couldn't choose between them. If you're looking for a reliable reseller host, either of them would be a fantastic choice.
NB: My clients are all business-type sites, no games or huge traffic hogs.

Too many resellers forget about this scenario and have a tendency to consolidate, either using bigger reseller accounts, or in more modern times, "upgrading" to a VPS as soon as possible.
Even if you decide on a single, good company, it's good to have your sites on a couple of separate servers.
