What is the cancellation Policy?
How long have they been in business?
Do they oversell? (stay away from oversellers)
Do they have a speed test?
other things to check is their tos/aup, check out the website, do a whois see what comes up, you can see when the business/domain was registered, check what kind of support their is and the response times.
Theres more but I would say that's the basics.

| Posted by HostXNow_Chris, 02-23-2010, 10:18 AM | | You can use the WHMCS license with any host if you got it from LicensePal.com, where as you don't get to keep the WHMCS license if it was included with some kind of Reseller Hosting deal.
So getting the WHMCS license from LicensePal.com just saves the hassle of having to switch licenses whenever moving from one host to another.
