Our dedication-server at etshost.com is inaccessible more than 12 hours, the site etshost.com as is inaccessible Whether there is any information on an event - that at them happens?

Yes, at present access to servers and etshost.com is restored, we look forward to hearing from the support concerning an event

We are aware of the intermittent issue with the swithces on the network that had occured. That datacenter we contract with has been upgrading their equipment and not notifing us. Our techniciations were totally baffled when we found out in the latest upgrade the removed our redudent drops to our switches. Furthermore Their gateway has a bad port. I have taken prompt action to fix the problem includeing extra perconatary mesures to excluded any more issues:
Restablishing redudent connections to our switches.
Prompt investigation into the issue with the datacenter.
I am currently pulling the tech reports on the issue but for my understanding it did go down at but was promplty restored.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvience, and are taking the appriate actions to assure this issue does not reoccur.

Looking at my website monitoring log it looks like it
started at 9/17/08 12:40 EST and seem to be a problem until
8:40 EST 9/17/08
not good.....
I now have added email to my cellphone alerting if this happens
again.

That intermitent outage, from my understanding only affected your server. It was all fixed yesterday and Eric should have gotten back to you.
