I want to know because i bought a small web hosting business that is using hostlatch as the reseller. I would also like to know how old the company is.

You can always ask the host for some figures and then do a little research to get a feel for the number as well. You can use the popular DNS tools and sites which might give you some information, but even these figures will be estimates when it comes to accuracy.

You must have the main shared IP to get a rough idea about how many domains he is hosting on that specific server. A provider might have multiple servers as well. You can't really expect to get the true numbers of hosted domains for a provider using a good amount of servers.
