ModSecurity white listing

Hai folks, in the following senario what action you take. when a client complain for example that he could not make a post on his wordpress and getting a 404/406 not acceptable error, then you check your mode sec log and find that rule id 97899 is blocking the post. in this situation, you add this rule to global white list or add his web site to the user white list

You could use CMC (ConfigServer Modsec Control) to add it to that user's domain's whitelist, unless there are enough reports of that ID breaking websites to add it to the global whitelist.

Hai zach, i did not no that we can white list a certain rule id for a specific cpanel account.
