Recommendation for a 1u / 2u NAS device?

I'm currently evaluating different NAS products and was looking at the Dell PowerVault NX3200 series.
I was hoping other people might be able to recommend alternative NAS devices (non-Dell) that they have had experience and are happy with.
Things I'm looking for :
- Dual power (nice to have)
- 1u / 2u size (obviously)
- 9-15TB storage capacity (not written in stone)
- 10-15k RPM disk speed capable with hardware raid controller
