What kind of space/bandwidth on what budget are you looking for? Are you looking for a reseller that provides a billing system or any other special software? Anyway, I would recommend Hawk Host or Allure Host, both very fine hosts. If you need something UK based, PC Smart Hosting has great service and EZPZHosting isn't bad either.

Their support is fast and friendly. Uptime of the servers are good. Their plan features are rich and the costs are affordable. They have their own data center, too. We have a lot of reseller accounts on both of them for years and their services are stable and great.
