hi, We have a webdesign company and video production. I am looking to generate some extra cash from the clients. I need your recomendations on a solid web hosting company that allows me to white list their hosting service and also provide customer/technical support for my client. Go daddy has something like this where I get a white hosted website and they bill the clients but people arent so happy with their servers any more. any suggestions would be appreiated

Well, I will suggested you to hire someone to support your customer, and pay them 1 dollar per customer per month

What do you mean by "white list"? On be-half of the, support. A team such as BobCares is maybe what you need. Or are you thinking about, doing a Reseller type thing? You redirect your customers to the hosting company and from there. They pay you a part commission for your redirect to their services? Regards,

What are you webspace/bandwidth requirements? What is your monthly budget? Any preference in control panel/location and/or do you have any special requirements?

I would recommend you InnoHosting. They offer end-user support and custom nameservers. Also they are rock solid. You wont do wrong if you pick them.

The way go daddy works is that you get a reseller unbranded website and a phone number for people to call and get assistant. They will charge your client through a general name and deduct their amount and send you the rest. The best part is that you decide how much you want to charge your clients and that's how much they will charge you. I just want to look at all my options if there are any others like them before moving forward. thanks for your advice

How much your monthly budget for that? Some provider have custom policy about their service, if your budget is in reason why not
