jixhost.com Status?

Anyone know whats up w/ the servers at jixhost.com? Their site and my server have been down for 30 min now... very frustrating as I just signed up with them

They seem to be up from my end. I believe your IP may be blocked by their server's firewall.

why woudl it be blocked?

Normally it is due to multiple failed login attempts or too many connections to the server at a short time. You should contact them to check on this and get your IP unblocked.

thanks for your help! turns out i needed to change a setting in filezilla. i used an ip proxy to access their site and chat with support

Jixhost is great web hosting as i know if something happen like server down support team already write announcement before, so read their announcement, blog or news maybe twice every week
