WHM backup configuration still not right, no Restore links/options in cpanel

Hi guys, - this is my whm backup configuration that i already set few weeks ago, i think its already set correctly http://freakimage.com/images/515back...guration_w.png - in whm > Backup User Selection > alread choose ON for all accounts - but in cpanel > Backup, there is no Restore links/options, like Monthly, Weekly and Daily http://freakimage.com/images/370cpanel_backup_page.jpg please help what is still wrong, i need the backup to restored sometime

It's not possible to restore from a WHM backup inside cPanel for security reasons. (I would recommend reading about the Zamfoo plugin issue w/ restoring accounts).

thank you for reply, but in some host cpanel, i see Restore links/options, like Monthly, Weekly and Daily, that can be downloaded, how to set like that?

cPanel 'Full Backups' can only be restored via root WHM or root level SSH for security purposes. This will require manual intervention on behalf of your client when they need an account restored. It's not possible for a user to do this on their own without this level of access.

if you dont have root login as your system admin with root loin to restore It should not be difficult
