I warn you do NOT use this webhosting provider! now I am transferring my 3 reseller accounts out of resellerspanel.com, it is a nightmare with them. the server often down, almost 5 times a day, but he never admit it, when the server is down, I contact livechat, the livechat said I should submit a ticket, when he reply my ticket, the server is back again, so he always insist there is no down time, and said all caused by my own net work connection. but every time I provide him with my test: when server is down, I ping the domain, it returned me with the right IP address, but telnet the 80 port, it failed, so it obviously the httpd service is down but what ever I said, they will never admit that the server has problem yesterday, the server got down 8 times, and about 4 hours unavailable! this provide, how can I trust him

It is a good program if you like to offer budget (cheap) hosting to your clients.

Well I should say my experience...... I am using them currently as I gave away my hosting company and I am starting over as a basic reseller from them. 1 year ago when I helped someone setup a reseller with them there was no downtime for 3 months straight which is not bad. Fast support always under 20 minutes and great pricing. I am just using them now * My account has been open with them for 2 years* But from testing I have only seen 1-2 major downtimes. The main issue is they only offer pay by the year on there free reseller plans so clients cant buy monthly. Getting there cpanel reseller fixes this though and everything for the most part is turnkey you just have to advertise after setting your pricing.

after they update there Linux kernal, this often happened when user addon a domain, the httpd service will fail to restart, it breaks, and then after 1minutes, the monitor forced the httpd service to start, it recovered but they always insist that which caused just because my network's problem, event I told them I ping the domain, It replies with right address, but I failed when telnet the port 80, it is so obvious that the httpd was down poor technician! I am now mitigating my accounts out of resellerspanel.com , at this time , it is down, I have to wait ...

it's the worst hosting provider i have ever met. my advice is: if you are currently using this hosting service, please quit(the quicker, the better). if you attempt to use it, give it up!

because finally we find this thread, and we suffer resellerspanel so much, if I lie , I die!

and also, I admit resellerspanel.com have VERY GOOD support, but poor technology my customers from all over the world complain to me , the httpd often get down, many times a day( short down time, about 60 seconds ) also I notice this may caused by httpd restart failure , but they said there was no problem, this is about my network issue. even I told them I did test from different US servers. even I told them ping returned right response, telnet 80 port failed! now I am transferring all of my accounts out of this provider, it is a nightmare for me doing this! to be honest, resellerspanel.com have good connection speed, very fase connection speed, this is their advantage! the VPS is very good I wish they will improve their technology in future!~

I thought they was ok for a starter, although I didn't like there templates very much and they wouldn't let you have your own custom made, I also didn't feel like I had much control sort of thing maybe lack of knowledge on using their services but other then that they ok for people who are starting out, gives you a good feel for the web hosting industry and best of all its free!
