Hostnine Owner / Admin Plz Solve this Issue

Dear Sir, my site is hosted on your server under the reseller account of Mr. Feroz, Karachi, Pakistan. Sir, last week you suspended my account without any warning. And after suspension I received cause of my account suspension from reseller Mr. Feroz, that yous account bas been suspended due to: body,td { font-family: verdana; font-size: 11px; font-weight: normal; } a { color: #0000ff; } Domain Suspended: jobs-career-listing.com This domain is located on: node18 The offending script/file appears to be: /home/jobslist/public_html/forums/index.php Please review the logs of abuse listed below for assistance in resolving this issue: root@node18 [~]# ps aufx |grep jobslist root 6565 0.0 0.0 61144 716 pts/1 S+ 01:26 0:00 | \_ grep jobslist jobslist 6397 40.7 0.3 123992 15324 ? R 01:26 0:04 | \_ /usr/bin/php /home/jobslist/public_html/forums/index.php Sir, the reason given by hostnine is not a big issue, as my account suspended only due to cause of creating heavy load to the server. Sir, in reason hostnine specify my one sub-domain which is discussion forum with job listings and the job listing is being getting from rss. Sir, in forum I set up the rss updation recieing on every pageload, so this was the cause of heavy load on your server. So, sir, within 5 minute I was/am able to clear this issue, just be changing the setting of my forum or even by stoping the sub-domain of this forum. But Sir, hostnine suspended my account and after one week of sending emails/ trying to contact hostnine by reseller ( Mr. Feroz ). He atlast asked for minimum backup of mysql databases, and the hostnine sent us the more worst response: "We can provide one only. We can not unsuspend the account." Sir, I have about 10 sub-domains in this account and all sites are updated regularly and all sites have original and good rated contents. Although my reseller Mr. Feroz run my sites from its previous server with the backup of 12th month 2008. So, Sir, its really hurting me and visitors of my sites as my sites showing data of 4 months old. So, Sir, I requrest your honour plz unsuspend my account, I assure you that I will resolve the issue withing few minutes of unsuspension. Or just provide the backup of my whole account. my account domain is jobs-career-listing.com Your co-operative response will be highly appreciated. It would be best to contact HostNine through their support system like you claim you have done.
