Wow, look how he signed his name at the end of his message too. I hope they can get this mess cleaned up, and they don't have some sort of internal attack. I believe something like that happened to cPanel a while back.

The user brute force attacked an insecure "test" server and decrypted an MD5 password that was stored on that server and accessed 2 members forum accounts. At the end of the day all Slutveg reported was a small bug on the logout page. He also decrypted an insecure password on a sever that wasn't secure to start with. He has lied to the general public "stating" that he hacked zpanelcp.com (where he didn't). He's being hailed a hero by everyone, and that's really wrong because he hasn't really reported anything. He was proven by PS2Guy to be a know it all, because there is NO core function to upload templates, it is a third party module. ZPanel uses zsudo to run apache commands on the server and all along they have stated that only "trusted" Administrators should have root access to the server. If he'd bothered to do his research he would have realized that the whole template engine is in the process of being updated, (and like all Open Source projects with 3 developers) takes time. He had NO right to say that it was insecure, because he hasn't proven his claim with any hard evidence.

I find it quite appalling how one would act like this, yes his "vulgar" language was a bit short fused but we don't know the full conversation, Best of luck with cleaning up the "issue" guys.

zPanel is just horribly coded. The only experience I've had with it has been horrible, and I won't touch anything running it. Unless it's with a Suspension stick.
