* The Network Infrastructure is robust

*No end user support
* Relatively Costly
Please add your opinions and submissions.
But please mention only Reputed Providers who provide Quality services

My site has not went down once, there is end user support, a free billing system, a free ssl certificate and a free domain, it does allow overselling but is not oversold Also comes with a free eNom account! There support is also fantastic, ussualy all replies are within 5 minutes Maybe you should try em out

If you think that overselling is a con for a feature, then you don't have to use it. Its just there if a Reseller can make it work I suppose.

Phone support with an actual support team is very important as for HG. Innohosting gives you free WHMCS, high tiered domain reseller account, End-User Support, and a $12 SSL Reseller account (I don't think you have to pay the startup fee either).
These are all very valuable feature additions. Going with a cheaper host, you probably will not get any of these things.

I have been with them since 12/7/08 and all and all there support is great
they are very quick to answer any questions you may have.
They also keep you up to date about all there servers on there site
it can be found in there customer care page..
My reseller site I have with them is found in my sig...
