To an old problem that i had (emails were not working) i got a simple response "We will look ..." and nothing from then.

do you already have backups of your site? if you do or if you haven't started a site yet, it may be a good time to find another reseller at least for the mean time - 10 emails isn't really convenient for any client

Posted by njoker555, 03-25-2009, 12:14 PM | ah, that could be a problem then - I can't speak for them so I can't tell you when they'll be back up, but it may be a good idea to get a reseller account from another host and pay monthly if possible and see where everything leads to. WSD may be able to give you a partial refund once they get back on - I think the owner is a part of WHT but I am not a 100% particular, you could do a search and PM him and see if he responds.

1 week is a very long time, hell...1 day downtime is a huge percentage. good luck getting stuff back though. I know how tense it must be
