Server redundancy

Hello all, I've started looking into this issue, as this weekend was awful due to a hard drive failure on my server. We use 2x1.5 TB HDD in Software RAID 1 and 1 60 GB SSD drive for mysql. Having had to deal with quite a lot of downtime due to some "clumsy" technicians, I've been looking on how to avoid this issue in the future. So I would like to ask you for some advice. The server is running Cloudlinux with Cpanel. I'm looking for a cost effective method at the same time, as we all are Thanks for the help.

Do you require a dedicated or can you use a cloud vm? A true cloud would certainly aide in the redundancy you're looking for. Not sure your budget or specific resource requirements, but just wanted to see if this was an option.

No hardware setup will be 100% "clumsy"-proof, you need to make sure your technicians are getting better.

H Techy, Thanks for you reply. Dedicated is not a necessity, but from what I've seen a cloud VM that would give us similar specs would cost more than the 80 Euros/ month that we pay now. We need the 1.5 TB space and we need the SSD performance for mysql. Also it has to be in Europe...so that narrows it down a bit. I was thinking about getting a second dedicated server, maybe with lower specs to save some cash, and have everything replicated on it from the main server. Then use a DNS service and direct traffic to the main server, and, in case the main server goes down, change the DNS to the hot backup. Even if performance wouldn't be the safe, we would avoid downtime while the main server gets fixed. What do you think ? Thanks for the help.
