Ask About Privoxy + Squid

Hi, I have 2 connection from my ISP. A is normal connection but slow speed and B is using socks5 but very high speed. So I install privoxy with this config 192.168.1.2:7777 is the B socks5 proxy Then I use squid to connect to privoxy So connection will use B unless B is down Then I tested it by closing the B connection but squid still think B is up as squid detect the privoxy connection not the socks5 B. So all connection forward to privoxy page rather using A. The solution in my head is, how to make privoxy use direct connection like in squid if the parent down? Googling it but can't find any answer. Thanks
