Reseller-center down?

Cannot get any of my sites on reseller-center.com nor the host site itself. I have one contact number for them, 888-268-4703 but this is permanently busy. Does anyone have any news, another number or indeed anything that can shed some light on the situation?

Email now responding. Mysql servers now responding reseller-center.com site now up www server now back up. Relief!
