| Posted by robz, 05-27-2008, 12:46 PM | | Hello everybody, this is my first review on a reseller account. So i will start off by saying that i am sorry for my bad language, beacuase i am not from the States, im from Sweden.
I have searched for a good and cheap reselling service for a while now. And when i stumbled accross OxyHosts.com i was shocked!!
I first saw the small costs but i still got the bandwidth and Diskspace i needed to host my reselling site. I was amazed so i ordered at once.
They got the account set up automaticly when i paid, so that is nice, they're using WHMCS so i was thinking: "Hey why not atleast try this" And there we go, now i am attached to them
I have been using this host for 2 or soon 3 months, and i cant say i find anything bad about it. I mean it really, they are great!
Another good thing on a host, is the support.
And OxyHosts has got a very good support, they allways answer me in a matter of hours after the ticket has been submitted. But to be honest, now more recently i have been using the support MSN to get problems solved even faster. The support is online mostly everyday. Also, another part wich fits into this subject is that the support has a very good knowledge in PHP and MySql. He knows what he is doing. "He got the know-how".
The performance and tools/applications (Can't find the right word .) is allways up to date, just a week ago, they updated to the newest DirectAdmin software. The cPanel is also updated when needed. They are allways fast with those things.
A new thing that iv just heard when i was writin this is that they will start having VPS planes to offer. And wich i am curently in search for
Heres comes the bad part (Oh no);
The uptime! Well its good, but sometimes the server are down. Not much tho. The uptime on the server is 98.96% Wich is fairly good. I am atleast happy! Thats about the only bad part about this site.
So i will rate this in a scale of 1-10, where 10 is the best.

We had glitches with BurstNET and thus shifted to another DC and since then the uptime has improved.
The Uptime for May Was 99.972%
