I always experience that when there is a problem in the server where my reseller is located i get problem in my site.
So now i would like to ask is there a way i will not experience this things to happen?
I mean i heard a lot about mirrore so my site is located in two different server so every time there was problem in one server i will not experience the downtime of my site and all my site under my reseller as well.
So what webhosting company will accept this?
BEcause its been 2 days my site is down and all my client are really upset now.
If this will happen again i will loose them the same as my business.

Based on the information I've read, are we to assume that Hostnine and/or The Planet have no emergency contingency plans? If so, that is an extremely bad business decision. At the very least, they should be doing backups every couple of nights and have that information on other servers at other locations so an outage like Texas is having won't affect all of the customers. While the information on the affected websites might be a couple of days old, at least it will still be available. And, the websites will only be down long enough to fire up the backup servers.
No contingency plan = loss of much business.
So my question any webhosting company that accept to have 2 server for 1 site.
or if there is a problem on one server they will transfer it to the other server the backup.
so our customer will not experience the downtime..

Remote backup can recover website in case one server is completely inaccessible.
However, it's not better than waiting for the server to be back up because updating dns takes time, 12-24 hours or more depends on dns cache.

But you could also choose to show an outage site with contact information i.e. so the customers can still reach you.

You could setup a custom system, etc. but you should probably keep in mind that the situation at ThePlanet is a one off incident. Just because war happens, people don't regularly live in shelters/bunkers. They live in regular homes. Some prices make, and some prices don't make sense.

the issue was not with host nine, theplanet had a fire and all power is down to the servers. Its not really host Nines fault.
