huge load on apache

hello is there any solution to decrees apache usage ? one of our servers load is between 32- 49 no ddose or other illegal activity, we have wordpress i have test mod limitation and csf on high level but nothing change also install nginx control panel : Directadmin

what about apache logs and other logs like /var/log/messages

Check the no. of simultaneous connections and IPs. Also tweak the server directives for optimum resource utilisation.
