My box is not pulling up.
I had a downtime yesterday. They said it was due to billing misunderstanding(I owed $13.50). After I paid it took them more than an hour to bring my box up so I was more than a little curious.
Seems like few minutes ago my site quit pulling up again.
This is my ip: 69.197.166.98
I'm enraged. We just had a marketing campaign rolled out. And my site is a class sniper for my uni.
Been 10 minutes since support ticket. No update. Unimpressive.

We haven't had any network issues. Sometimes it takes 10 minutes to walk from the NOC to the DC floor and locate your system. It's a big place.
Our billing policies can be found here.

Reading them should avoid any more misunderstandings.
