Posted by Smilie, 05-31-2008, 02:26 AM | But this guy seems to have bough a reseller account..

Posted by PremiumHost, 05-31-2008, 07:30 AM | Yes this guy bought reseller account but it seems resellerpanel is reluctant to give money back.
The only way is keep sending them email to request refund.

It is a shame that they won't give your money back, but some companies would rather kick up a fuss than just give you back what is rightly yours. Shame.
Good luck though!
