CoreHoster, can't connect...

Appearently I am blocked by their server while I am a customer (hey it's cheap... less than $50 for a year, had to try it). Anyone else experiencing something similar? Ticket respondse toke like +5 hours, but right now I can't even view them, my website or theirs at all. (and yes, I know it is not the server being offline, I can connect just fine from my own servers)

Try to submit a ticket through a proxi server.
