Problems Time Warner -> Global Crossing -> Hivelocity

Having very very slow speeds 20KBS to Hivelocity even downloading their sample file (network tour -> more info). I am on Time Warner, road runner in NYC. This also affects the 3 servers I have with them. The route goes via Global Crossing. I can get to every other site I try from Time Warner broadband just fine.
Tried to access Hivelocity from another network and speeds are normal. That route goes via Cogent.
So probably a Time Warner Global Crossing Issue. Anyone else having problems?

Can you post the following?
1. Traceroute from your Time Warner broadband to Hivelocity
2. Traceroute from one of your servers to your Time Warner broadband (just run a traceroute to your IP)
That should definitely reveal the cause of the issue.
