Host adapter reset request. SCSI hang

I am encoutering errors "Host adapter reset request. SCSI hang" PLUS several minutes server downtime every time this happen.
Tried newest driver with no success.
In fact I am lost and would greatly appreciate any help.
Kernel 2-6-32.5-amd64
Original driver: Adaptec aacraid driver 1.1-7[28000]
New driver (no help): Adaptec aacraid driver 1.1-7[28700]
Firmware (recent): Adaptec RAID 6405E Firmware Build 19076
2x300GB SAS disc in Raid1 (soft)

On 10 of 11 production servers I changed my RAID cards to LSI Megaraid, and since 250 days I have 0 problems with SCSI hang messages. I think this is caused by bug in Adaptec firmware. Try to upgrade firmware in Adaptec card, I have still one server with Adaptec card and since 180 days from upgrade there were no hangs. I don't know if this solved my problem, but worth to try.
