We need DNS hosting service, but the one which will give almost 99.99% uptime.
Currently from cheap ones i have found PowerDNS and Enom Remote DNS hosting.
Can you tell which one is preferable and recommend any other ?
One more question, it hackers do attack to those dns servers, it means all the domains will get down? If so isnt it risky ?

It allows to run a dedicated physical nameserver, which you can then link to your web server(s) using WHM's DNS Clustering feature. Any change to your web server's DNS information will automatically be sent to the DNS ONLY server.
The main advantage to DNS ONLY is stability. If your web server has an outage, your DNS information stays accessible, even when your web server is offline. This allows visitors to reach websites on your server more quickly after the web server comes back online.
