ConnectSwitch - Outage

Dear All
Connect Switch is currently experiencing a outage due to a failed switch.
We are doing our up most to resolve this with the data centre in a fast and timely manner however unfortantely this is taking longer than expected.
We are unsure of a ETA at present but will keep everyone updated by this thread and by email.
Currently SLA Compensation is as follows.
For each hour of downtime you will be compensate 5% as credit.
ETA Downtime at present. 3hrs 30 minutes.
Email sent to all customers via the support panel.

Hi
No problem at all, We have been informed that this has now been resolved.
Within the next couple of hours, we shall clean up the tickets and let everyone know who doesn't manage to reach this thread that this has been resolved. Also we will start applying SLA credits.
