If you do a little more search you will find hosts offering a few TB of disk space for a few $.
But you have to keep in mind that you will get for what you pay.

Find out what customers say about the services, compare the actual offer (they use different hosting platforms), consider what control panel your customers are most likely to prefer etc.
You have to choose between two girls/boys (depending on your genre and preferences). Can you conclude that the better looking one is the better person?

Please don't take my comments as being against HostDime, they were not meant to be. I was just making a comment on the "more/cheaper is better" thought. I don't have direct experience with Hostdime but I know others that do.
What exactly are your needs/plans for the reseller account? What are your needs? Plenty of good resellers just do some research on these boards.

But they fix them quickly. They have a lot of employes and work very hard. Their support is fast. Also their hosting plans provide a lot of free tools like RVSkin, Fantastico.. etc. I recommend them personally.
