You should check Apache error logs /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log for more detailed information about 500 Internal Server error.

Posted by dareORdie, 09-06-2012, 04:34 PM | To check the status of the tailwatchd service and its output, execute
Driver (Active: 1) Cpanel::TailWatch::ChkServd
tailwatchd is enabled
Running, PID 24463
Driver (Active: 1) Cpanel::TailWatch::cPBandwd
Driver (Active: 1) Cpanel::TailWatch::Antirelayd
Driver (Active: 1) Cpanel::TailWatch::Eximstats
Restart the cpanel service once, just to make sure its online
and if you still face problem then update cPanel on the server
|
Posted by ssfred, 09-08-2012, 06:28 AM | A forceful update of cpanel should fix the issue normally
/scripts/upcp --force
