A few of us are unable to reach pacific rack and some of our servers hosted with them. Well, just DNS, as other services work fine (ftp, ssh, etc).
Anyone know whats going on? Their support panel is down so no tickets.
EDIT: Of course, as soon as I post it comes back online, along with their support panel.

There was absolutely no downtime with PacificRack, check your internet connection as everything is fine for us here in our rack.

however, there have been sporadic timeouts recently - latest we have seen was 5.51pm EDST today

I've got all our servers on 5 minute monitoring from hyperspin and didn't get any alerts on it. Maybe some kind of routing problems from certain areas?

Seems like it is for their website only, not client's servers.

It was just our website server that we were doing some upgrades on.
