CSF ssh error - Did not receive identification string

I have a VM with CSF installed. When I look at the log file, I found out that the server keeps receiving below message every minute. The weird thing is that the IP address from the message is the server IP. I don't understand why the server will try to ssh to itself every minute? Furthermore, this VM is also trying the ssh to my another server automatically every 3 minutes. I don't recall I have setup any task to do so. Can anyone help? Thank you.

Below message is from viewing the lfd log under my csf. It is showing every minute. The IP on the message is also the server's public IP.
