Cpanel Mysql optimization

Server Info: - Processor: i7 3930k - Memory: 64GB - Centos 5.8 + Cpanel - HD SSD 128GB - 1gbps Mysql my.cnf My server is consuming only 6GB to 64GB of memory available, I believe it should consume much more. -> mysql is consuming 35% cpu Server Cpanel: suphp + fascgi Possible DSO secured?

Wait, you're complaining because your server isn't using enough memory? Really? This isn't a bad thing, honestly. I'd bet that during peak times it's going to use a lot more memory.

Run MySQL Tuner. and edit your my.cnf file.

That's right, already consuming at peak times 6GB. I would like to relieve the CPU and increase the use of memory, since I have a lot left. mysql tunner return: Last edited by chupaqueedeuva; 05-27-2012 at 01:42 AM.

That's not exactly how this works. Can I ask what makes you think that it should use more than 6GB RAM?

Because I see that 64GB hired without precision. I would like to make better use of memory and decrease the CPU consumption.
