Set up VPN or Proxy on windows server?

I am currently living away from China, and I want to visit particular Chinese sites.
These sites only allow chinese IP addresses.
Now I have a windows 2008 VPS in china, and I want to ask, how do you set up a proxy or VPN on windows 2008?
I want to spoof my IP, not access a virtual network.

| Posted by SERVERIA, 05-26-2012, 03:16 PM | | If I got it right, you don't even need to set up VPN/proxy. You can just connect to your VPS via Remote Desktop and browse those Chinese sites from there.
Is it what you're trying to achieve?
