AxisHOST - 3 month review
Posted by Eiolon, 04-25-2007, 11:59 PM | I've been using AxisHOST since January and just wanted to say my experience with them has been very positive.
1. My account was setup promptly (within a couple of hours).
2. I've always been notified of expected downtime.
3. I've always been informed if there was unexpected downtime, how long it was and why it happened.
I personally never experienced any service interruptions and I've never received any complaints from my clients.
The only problem I had was my account being suspended due to a glitch in the billing system (it thought I didn't pay). It took only a few minutes after my request being submitted for it to be straightened out.
My only suggestion for the company at this point would to have some sort of real-time communication such as live chat or a phone number. I had to rely on the ticket system to get my account unsuspended, and since it was the first time I had to use it, I was unaware if anyone would be available to read it immediately.
Grade: A
P.S. I'd like to keep my domain private as I use it for a showcasing projects to clients. If a mod would like to know it I can PM them.

Tina seems to do a great job with AxisHost.. Looking at their stats, they hold a strong uptime...
