Some Websites Down on Litespeed

I've installed litespeed on my server but after that, some websites goes down.
When I swich back to apache everything is fine and all websites back online.
Any one knows what's wrong with litespeed? and how to fix it?
I'm using WHM and litespeed latest version.

I have inserted the 404 error code in .htaccess file to resolve the issue.

But I'm using 15 days free trial license and after this priod I should pay money to renew the license.
