Setting up Ubuntu ufw to whitelist Cloudflare

According to http://support.cloudflare.com/kb/tro...es-in-iptables, I need to whitelist Cloudflare's IPs. I am using Ubuntu with ufw as a firewall. So this is my ufw setup But when I now connect using ssh, why does it take forever before the Password prompt appears. Is my setup wrong?

Evenif-the Ip address is white-listed in the server, SSH will ask for password unless you have authentication keys. (ssh-keygen & ssh-copy-id).
