Anyone from HostDime care to intervene?

If someone from HostDime would PM or email me their contact info it would be greatly appreciated. Today I reached the breaking point and have had enough... I have a customer who has not been able to access their Site Studio URL for over a day now, and is losing money because his competitor is advertising free shipping at his site...and with not being able to update his site via Site Studio, he can not. My customer is located in Oregon (one of the few states in the US that do not have a sales tax), and gets a lot of business for the high dollar item that he sells as a result. He now has a competitor also in Oregon. I have kept every email since I started hosting with HostDime and am prepared to share every one of them on this forum along with my story. Your service isn't bad when it's not broken, but when there is a problem...IMHO you guys can't fix it in a timely manner to save your life. What I want to do, is get you to fix the Site Studio login so he can update his site, give you my 30 day notice and go elsewhere. Can you get this fixed so we can part company on something other than extremely bad terms? Oh and if someone thinks I'm a 1 hit wonder just coming here to slag HostDime...look at my join date on this site. I've just been lurking for an extended period. I'm prepared to IM the admins with my domain names and all that nonsense so my story can get validated.

WHT always likes to hear full detailed reviews good or bad... I'd personally be interested as well - especially because it's hostdime. Hostdime was my first host and I've been recently been looking into their services again. If you just want their attention rather than posting a proper review, why don't you pm the member "HostDime". Best..

rkholmes, I apologize for the inconveniences, can you please paste me your ticket # so I can check into this issue. We don't offer site studio anymore partly because of the issues we have seen. The only clients who have it are the older clients who had purchased it. I will check into why it hasn't been fixed and make sure you are credited one month free for the inconveniences caused to your client. Please pass on the apologies to him as well on our behalf.

Was this ever resolved rkholmes? I am sure we would like to hear what happened and if it was resolved or not for you.

It seems that rkholmes just came here to post his complaint and has not posted since. Maybe he will come back and let us know how this worked out.
