Maybe a shared plan maybe better for you.

Spec: 700MB to 1GB is enough web spaces for me. Need large bandwidth aprox 20GB or more.
I am running busy forum, aprox 1000 visitors every day. After I did some research on this forum.. resellerzoom.com is not suitable for busy sites and mysql max connection is very low.
At the moment I am with clook reseller, I am very happy with Clook service but price is just too much for me. I am considering looking for a new reseller hosting with good service like clook.
Any recommendation?

If your running a busy forum maybe you could generate some income from advertising, or even sell hosting from your reseller account, that way you could increase you budget.

Hosts which charge more such as clook and others, charge that price for a reason - reliability. They dont charge it to make more profit, the extra charge is directly related to the quality of service you can expect.
By reducing your budget by half or whatever you have done, you are not going to find a reseller host with just the same reliability.
You have compromised how much your prepared to pay each year, so your reliability of the hosting will also be compromised.
