they tell me that's srxx.hostproserver.com,so is it right? now i want it changes to srxx.mycompany.com,is it possible?
so every my customers will have every cpanel link,everytime they want to connect by using ftp cilent or enter their cpanel,what is the link they have to type?
if my customers have their own domain and want to transfer to their host at my company,so what is the link?
ns1.hostproserver.com
ns2.hostproserver.com
or my company?

Unless I'm missing something, that is what your paying them for... Unfortunately since I don't know the company your talking about, I can't answer your questions, but they should be able to answer them for you...
