This is the important line in the error message. Have you verified that the email account exists on the server that is handling email for the domain? You will want to check the MX records to determine the server that is handling email then verify that the email account is actually setup on that server.

check your dns, check your postfix or sendmil settings, check for port 25 open, etc....it is on your end..

Always when you have an issue with Cpanel you can use their ticket system, they have a great support in there and its for free. Give a try on it next time.

As i said in my last post, open a ticket with cpanel support and explain to them all of your situation and they will fix your problem.

If your DNS is setup on the server that is sending the PHP forms but email is hosted with gmail you need to have MX records for gmail and then you need to set your server to use "Remote Mail Exchange" or your server will deliver email it generates for that domain to the server and not to gmail.
