Avoid Lunarpages Like The Plague

I started iwth CIHOST, but they had reliability problems and I got tired of paying $49.95 for my main account and $10 for hosted accounts, so I switched to ResellersPanel. It was a great deal. Wholesale price of hosted accounts was great, but Romanian support was awful and there was definitely a language barrier. Emails from the accounts were blocked as being from Romania by Appriver.
I read some great reviews for LunarPages so I switched. After transferring 11 hosted accounts, I have discovered how bad support can be. They have no live support. There phone support is frequently BUSY. When you do get music on hold, you eventually give up after 30 minutes of hold. Their online support is non existent. It takes more than a day to get responses. How can one be a reseller with such horrible support.
They are the worst host I have ever used. Don't use LunarPages unless you like to be frustrated with a total lack of support. Even when they do respond, it is a canned message. I think they may have grown more quickly than their ability to provide support. I'll be looking for a new host soon. My annual contracts expire in August, so I have a few months.

Not trying to be rude, but a lesson needs to be learned by all.
