Monitor MS SQL databases

We want to monitor all MS SQL databases in a MS SQL server which will display the size of each database and alert if the threshold is met. We use Nagios for Monitoring. Does anyone know which plugin can be used?

I'm aware about monitoring tools available to monitor SQL service along with SQL Agent service. However, I'm not sure of any tool which can monitor db's based on size of database. I'll be watching this thread to learn about tools/plugins available for achieving what you need.
