csf ftp wierd issue - request time out

csf has the passive port range enabled 30000:450000 as well as pureftpd.
Still clients are facing request time out in ftp.
any idea?

Just noticed you have 450000 but the max number of ports is 65535. did you mean 45000?

Check csf.conf and pure-ftpd.conf have the same range of ports opened. Also try to open change the passive port range to 30000:65535, in both csf.conf and pureftpd.conf
