Have you read the reviews here on WHT or on other review sites? If so, then you know people's experiences with them. I would say if they provide a money back guarantee then you should have no problem.

They might be better now but I would give it time. I have been on jag's reseller plan for about a year and a half and it has been a nightmare. There were times that my sites went down every day. Every single day! I have had my sites show 500 errors and i was never given reasons why permission to my sites were given to other people. I really could go on and on. On the positive side, when you ask for assistance with a script their tech support is quite helpful. I have had problems getting cron jobs to work or configuring a script correctly and tech support fixed the permissions or modded the script for me. However almost every time i put in a ticket (you get no phone support) I just expect to get a completely worthless reply the first time they respond. I stopped getting angry about it and just came to expect it. I think they have someone in middle school answer the support tickets and then have someone who has actually worked on a server answer any follow up questions. Another good thing was I never had any of those cpu throttle backs that I have heard dreamhost and the other big guys have. Though my servers were so increadibly slow that it would sometimes take over 90 seconds for the front page of a WP blog to load. Hope that helps.

I'm sorry, but I don't get it, although I barely hear anything bad about them, if I were you, why would I still consider a company of whom I hear a lot of bad things?

Without knowing for sure who you are I can't really check to see what this was about but I can say this isnt normal. We couldnt stay in business and continue to grow as we do if this were the case. Our growth is 99% driven by word of mouth. That being said, if you have the time to send me something in pm so I can find out more on this I would appreciate it. If not, thanks anyway and I understand. I would like to know though for my own sake to be particular nobody else is going through this. Occasional server reboots or updates when required I can understand, but you having daily downtime is really a new one on me. We are quick to replace bad servers and/or split problematic sites from our servers. Anyhow if you would be so kind I would appreciate any more light you can shed on this. thanks
