I am now with a new company, leaving them far away. They don't even give help for problems.

138 other sites hosted on the same IP as there domains one...
That and the fact that the design of the site is a free template could mean you are in for a bumpy ride.

Someone who hosted me bought an account from them, the downtime was tremendously high, my site went down for 2 weeks, i contacted them and asked them what they was playing at - no reply, after i started searching and put " meinhosting" into google, and the amount of bad reviews it had gotten was very high
So stand well clear of these, they are unprofessional !

More effort should of been made into it. I know alot of people on here and my self we spend ages on website making it user friendly the lot.
