Not many hosts offer this at all. Why not just use payment methods such as PayPal or Credit/Debit card?

I am not located in the United State, I am just starting out and do not have a credit card or paypal, I only have payment means of e-Gold or direct transfer to accounts, If anyone can help me find a good and reliable hosting company that can offer this. Thanks

You should find and purchase hosting from a local provider. Some providers accept wire transfer or Western Union but you take the risk.

Try Totalchicehosting.com they offer paypal as well.
