I want this username display corresponding to each account.

You should be able to do these steps:
WHM > Main > Security > Security > open_basedir
Edit:
It's likely that you'll either need to restart or reload apache, I'm not sure if cpanel does this automatically when you change open_basedir setting as I'm not a cpanel user.
